You Can Read About Intuition All Day.
At Some Point, You Have to Actually Use It.
I want to ask you something.
When was the last time you felt something before you understood it? A flicker before a phone call. A tightness in your chest before you even knew why. A pull toward someone, or away from them, that you couldn't explain but somehow knew.
We've all had those moments. And most of us do the same thing with them: we file them away, half-believing, half-doubting, and then go looking for another book, another podcast, another course to tell us what it means.
I get it. I've done it too. Learning about intuition and energy is comforting. It feels productive. It feels safe.
But here's the truth I keep coming back to.
You don't build intuition by reading about it. You build it by using it.
That's exactly why we created a new spaces inside our Skool community:
The Lab.
new part of our classroom built for exactly that. Right now it holds two spaces to start: The Energy Lab and The Intuition Lab, with more labs on the way as we keep building this out.
These Aren't Courses. They're Practice Spaces.
We're not going to tell you how to be intuitive, what energy is supposed to feel like, or what you're "supposed" to experience. Honestly, there's a lot none of us fully understand yet, and I'm not interested in pretending otherwise.
Instead, both Labs work the same simple way:
Tune in → Notice → Record → Reveal → Compare
You get a real experiment. You record what you notice, honestly, before you know the answer. Then you get the reveal, and you compare what you picked up to what was actually true.
No performing. No proving. No pressure to get it "right."
Some days you'll nail it. Some days you'll catch one small true detail buried in a lot of noise. And some days you'll get nothing that makes sense at all, until suddenly it does. Every single one of those outcomes is useful. Your misses teach you as much as your hits do, because over time you start noticing your own patterns. What do you dismiss too quickly? What do you overthink? What keeps showing up accurate, again and again?
That's where it gets interesting. That's where it becomes yours.
What's In The Lab Right Now
The Energy Lab explores energy both within you (your thoughts, breath, nervous system, emotions) and beyond you (people, places, objects, the world around you). One of the first experiments walks you through something deceptively simple: imagining a stressful moment that isn't actually happening, and noticing what your body does anyway. It's a small experiment with a big realization underneath it, about how much of what we call "energy" might already be happening inside us, all the time, whether we're paying attention or not.
The Intuition Lab is where you practice picking up on information you don't already know, and then get to check your impressions against reality. It's playful. It's humbling. It's genuinely fun in a way that reading about intuition never quite is.
If you're brand new to this and want a foundation first, Merrit's Intuition Course lives right there in the classroom too. But the Labs aren't the lesson. They're where the lesson becomes real.
And this is just the beginning. The Lab will keep growing, with new experiments and new labs added as we go.
Stop Learning About It. Start Experiencing It.
That's our moto, and I mean it. You can collect information about intuition and energy for years. Or you can start noticing, right now, what's already trying to move through you.
The Lab is free to access inside our community.
Come curious. Leave the certainty at the door. Let's find out what you already know.
